Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

No Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, safety, and quality control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds or replacements may be issued only under the following circumstances:

• The product arrives damaged

• The incorrect item was received

• The order is incomplete

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers

• Lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier

• Improper storage after delivery

Optional shipping insurance is recommended at checkout.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and order refusal. We encourage customers to contact support so we can resolve any issues promptly.
